should i get a second opinion

Yes! If, after we have our free introductory meeting, you feel like you want to get a second opinion, please do. We want you to feel confident in your decision to work with us.

It’s always a good idea to seek advice from multiple sources before making an important decision like hiring a lawyer.

Consulting with another lawyer can provide you with additional perspectives and ensure you are confident in your chosen course of action.

However, it’s important to recognize if you are simply shopping around for a lawyer who will tell you what you want to hear. Sometimes legal issues are messy and a “quick fix” isn’t a long term fix and hearing a lawyer say your case is worth $50 million when it really isn’t can be attractive. But, lawyers can’t promise results, only processes, and we promise to be amazing guides and communicators throughout our representation of you and your interests.

Also, always make sure you understand how an attorney bills before you hire them.

Do you offer any resources for small businesses

Yes, I regularly publish checklists, blog articles, and educational resources on my website related to legal topics relevant to startups and small businesses
